Absolutely amazing food My husband and I recently stumbled across Tagine Zhor on visit to Bath, and I'm so glad we did. The restaurant is charming, the service is excellent, and the food was unbelievably good. -- one of the best Moroccan meals I've ever had. We started with a mezze platter for two, which could have been a meal in itself as it was so varied, plentiful, and delicious. My husband loved his main course (Zhor Brocettes), and I adored my own (Tagine d’jej bel Mashmash Wa Louz) -- both of them were so flavourful. Tried Moroccan food for the first time at Tagine Zhor and it was the best it could be. The 2-course set menu meal for £16.50 was a steal deal. HOME MADE HARIRA- the traditional soup was kinda tomato soup but very delicious. Really loved the favour of VEGETARIAN TAGINE too, just felt had too many potatoes for my taste. The host kindly accommodated my request to replace rice/couscous with bread and the bread was one of the most delish bread I’ve had in a while. LAMB SAMBOUIC ‘s pastry was light and lamb filing was yummm! TAGINE DJAJ BEL BARKOUK was delicious and exactly the way it’s described. Finished the meal with MINT TEA AND BAKLAWAS for extra £6.25.
